AOP Cotes du Rhône Rouge

The plots are located in the town of Courthezon, on the plots of "Husson" and "Saint Martin".


VINES: Grenache, Syrah.

WINE:

manual harvest and sorting on the estate by vibrating table, destemming and crushing of the grapes.
Vinification of Grenache and Syrah together.
Maceration lasts about 2 weeks, daily pumping over, load shedding or trapping;
Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

AGEING:
Aging in stainless steel vats and barrels for 3 years to keep the fruit fresh and pure.

TASTING NOTE:

This wine has a very beautiful blood red robe. We discover aromas of fresh red fruit on the nose and a beautiful mouth dominated by the purity of the fruit. It is a pleasure wine to share with friends.
